Weather Conditions
- All orders placed are cut to order in the morning on the day of delivery.
- Unforeseen issues with weather conditions can affect our ability to process your order. In this case, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as practicable on the day of the prearranged delivery or pick-up and if possible, the day before to organise a new date.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your order, Cobbitty Lawn Turf will require 48 hours’ notice prior to the arranged delivery date or pick-up date. Please phone us (02) 4651 0000
- If the required notice is not given, then the order will continue to be processed and delivered as per the arrangement. Full payment will still be charged.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on (02) 4651 0000 so that we can resolve any issues. If you receive turf which is not as ordered or is defective or damaged (excluding general environmental situations such as heavy due to rain, dry due to lack of rain, transport wear and tear) then you should contact Cobbitty Lawn Turf (02) 4651 0000 to discuss options, and if deemed appropriate a refund or replacement will be offered.
No responsibility is recognised after twenty-four (24) hours.
Change of Mind Before Shipping or Harvesting
- If you change your mind for whatever reason and have notified us at least 48 hours beforehand we will process a refund if we have already processed the payment.
Change of Mind After Harvesting
- If you change your mind for whatever reason or your circumstances change after we have harvested your turf unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund to you as this is a living product.
This is a payment Claim under the building and construction Industry Security of Payments Act
Cobbitty Lawn Turf is Licenced to propagate and sell “Sir Walter” variety of buffalo turf by Buchanan Turf Supplies Pty Limited ABN 74056 449 435 which holds a Plant Breeders Rights in respect of the variety under the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994.
The customer agrees not to propagate, on-supply, offer for sale or supply “Sir Walter”, “Sir Grange” or “TifTuf”.
